What makes the APT special?
The APT Amateur Players Tour "Race to the Final" is a premier competitive circuit designed to transform standard club golf into an engaging national and international contest. Players must be active APT members with a valid WHS handicap, submitting a minimum of two official club competition scores every calendar month to accumulate Order of Merit points. Points are awarded from 20 points for 1st place down to 1 point for 20th.
Our competitive divisions
The tour features two distinct competitive tiers. Division 1 is for handicaps 0 through 9, and Division 2 is for handicaps 10 through 18. Monthly incentives include cash vouchers prizes ranging from £25 up to £100 for overall standings, alongside a brand-new driver awarded to the top player in each division every single month. The top 20 players in each division qualify for Regional Finals, featuring a free round, meal, presentation, trophies, and a £2,000 voucher prize fund.
